Six conversations communities need now.

Belonging across difference

What helps a person feel they truly belong here?

  • When have you felt welcomed?
  • Which local barriers keep people apart?
  • What one ritual could widen belonging?

The 90-minute format

Listen → Understand → Connect → Co-create → Act.

00–10Arrive

Welcome people personally, agree confidentiality and invite one quiet breath.

10–25Listen

One uninterrupted story from each participant. No advice, debate or fixing.

25–45Understand

Use open questions to surface needs, experiences and what remains unheard.

45–65Connect

Name common ground without erasing difference. Capture recurring words.

65–80Co-create

Choose one small, specific action the group can complete together.

80–90Commit

Name the steward, date and simple measure. Close with one word of hope.
