A mechanical engineer and founder of The Corporate Group, New Delhi (est. 1986), a market consultancy with rich and diverse global experience across industries. He is also the founder and president of Energy Infra Management, focused on oil & gas, steel, engineering and alternate energy sectors in India. A proud and active Rotarian since 1988, he has served two terms as president of the Rotary Club of Delhi South East. His community service spans polio eradication, old-age homes, water management, schools, orphanages, healthcare and the environment. Project Aspire is his dream; his ‘service before self’ ideology runs through each project he carefully plans.

An MBBS doctor who co-founded the renowned Lifeline Laboratory in 1991, after serving as a Junior Research Officer in Microbiology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology at AIIMS. An expert in Serology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Haematology and Clinical Pathology, she is a consultant pathologist to Jet Airways, Airport Authority of India, GAIL, HUDCO, IGNOU and LIC of India. Her research experience includes clinical trials for Eli-Lilly, Zydus Byk Healthcare and L.G Life Sciences. In 26 years of medical practice she has organised numerous health awareness camps. Her medical expertise ensures attention to detail in the foundation’s rural healthcare projects.

Bhaavya Bhatnagar

Creative Director, Project Aspire

Artistic director and co-founder of HANNAN Jewelry and NADI NADI {resort}, and creative director of her eponymous label. An economics honours graduate from Delhi who went on to study apparel design at The Fashion Institute of Technology, New York. Trained in Bharatnatyam, contemporary and modern dance, she extends her creativity to the foundation’s projects via graphics, curation of training materials, pattern-making, tailoring and draping for its women-run initiatives.

Rishi Baweja

Craft & Operations, Project Aspire

A finance graduate from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Rishi spent a year travelling to handicraft hubs across northern India to understand his family’s export business. Inspired by the impeccable yet rudimentary techniques of master craftsmen, he moved toward design-oriented products that engaged their skills further. His packaging-business experience helps him understand craftspeople’s challenges at the root level.
